Live&Learn Bookstore is a perfect place to go if you are looking for any sort of book. It sells classic literature and modern bestsellers, textbooks and encyclopedias, skill books and scientific literature etc. Here you can also purchase maps, chess sets, and even telescopes - basically, anything you might need for intellectual activities and learning. The store also has a children's book section with some kids posters and various books for young readers.

The lot is built on a corner, so, even if you place it in a town other than Elmdale, put it on a corner as well, otherwise it won't look that neat. It features a bookstore RH from base game built into the lot. Only the ground floor is functional, the upper floors are just for looks and have a hidden marker placed on them. This lot requires Savvy Seller set that comes with Midnight Hollow, a Store world. Without it, only the bookstore RH will function, but sims won't be able to purchase items placed on rugs, like bookshelves and chess tables.
